First of all,i'm not asking which is "better" in terms of quality or how meaningful the fights are but just on a purely "ENTERTAINMENT" value in terms of excitment, drama and thrilling moments.

    HBO CARD

    Timothy Bradley vs
Diego Gabriel Chaves - Not a relevant fight but a potentially exciting one full of drama and excitement.
Matt Korobov vs Andy Lee - Should be a good action fight that provides end to end action.
Jose Benavidez jr vs Mauricio Herrera - For me this is the Fight of the night on either card, either the birth of the next Superstar in boxing or his demise.

    SHOWTIME

Amir Khan vs Devon Alexander - Good fight but horrible style match-up that could be very boring and a battle of the jabs.
Demetrius Andrade vs Jermell Charlo - Another bad style match-up that could put you to sleep. Unfortunately it's the boring Charlo brother, not the exciting one.
Keith Thurman vs TBA(Leonard Bundu is possible though) - If it's Bundu that could be interesting and competitive for a few rounds untill Thurman's size and power take over from around the 5th onwards.

I would say the Showtime card has the bigger names and is probably the more relevant card but for me i'll be watching the HBO card live as that's the one that i feel will provide me with more entertainment and excitement.

Which would you choose for "Entertainment" value?

    Showtime by far...

Out of them two that's definitely the best one to go for.

Khan v devon. I so disagree with you that its going to be a boring fight. It's gonna be epic cause those 2 are sick boxers & i'll be a pure boxing match. This sport is called "boxing" anyways lol. Watch pacquio v bradley for a sort of example

Both are good but I will watch the Showtime card live and record the HBO one and watch it after.

Got to go with Showtime on this one. Both should be good cards and definitely tough to choose. The HBO card could easily end up more entertaining, especially with Bradley and Chaves.

I hope Khan vs Alexander proves to be more entertaining then i think but i doubt it will be.

I'm not even sure i've ever seen an exciting Alexander fight with possible exception against Matthysse...he's put me to sleep too many times with his performances against Bradley, Maidana, Bailey and Karass.

I just think this fight is going to be BORING but i guess it's okay if you like the amateur style of pitty patty in and out boxing.

Just to add, both ALEXANDER and KHAN are big time GRUNTERS.

Hearing two male boxers grunting loudly when they throw punches is not my idea of entertainment.

Well i'll watch the HBO card and then watch Showtime on delay so i can fast forward the boring rounds, which i'm sure will be plenty.
