on his way through the divisions, pac mans beat everyone who he has faced... well at elast recently... which diavision would have posed the most problems for him in this time period & which would have made for the most exciting fights

Well at 126, 130 and 135 Marquez would be there so there would always be at least 1 fight in those divisions that would give Pac problems. But outside of Marquez I think 147 would pose the most problems simply because Pac's a small welterweight.

But honestly, I would have loved to see Pac stay at 135 or 140 and try to establish his dominance there. I have no doubts he could have done that at 140, at 135... well again there's Marquez so he'd always have his work cut out for him there.

evn if MArquez is there, he beat him at 130 (close or not close a win is a win). At 135 i think it would've been a little bit easier. Definatley not harder (i don't see how it could be) so I don't see Marquez beating PAc there. Apart from that there is noone who could really pose him problems. It seems Marquez really had the perfect style to defeat Pac and still could only come close to it. If Pac would've settled in to the 135lb division, he would've been unstoppable imo.

Pac who fought Oscar was at 142 and then against Hatton was at 138 without putting much effort into it. So he was really a monster at that weight and could have drained a little to make it without much ill effects like we saw against Diaz.

I want to see him do it now with 140, there is nothing out there above except floyd for him. 140 is a fun active division go dominate in there for 2 years then retire.

I agree, 135 would have made it a much more comfortable fight for Pac and I'd definitely pick Pac had they fought there, but I'm still pretty sure he'd have have his work cut out for him. Man, I would have loved to see that.

Indeed, 140 seems like a good division right now. Although if Pac and Khan come out as the top 2, I wonder if they would ever fight...

Outside of Floyd, if he stays at 140-147, nobody is gonna beat him and he could be every top 10 opponent in that time.

I wanted to see Pac fight Campbell after Diaz and unify the lightweight WBC, WBA, WBO and IBF belts. Unfortunately, he went after Oscar. The rest is history.

I would have loved to have seen him stay at 140lbs. He seemed to have the right mix of power and speed, and with Roach in his corner...he would have easily come out on top in that division against the young guns.

    135 lbs and 140 lbs.

Pac's power has visibly diminished at 147 lbs. He has to accumulate so much shots to inflict damage to Cotto, DLH, Clottey and Margo whereas he koed Diaz and Hatton with one shot each.

Diaz isn't really a good example of one shot KO power considering how much damage Diaz had to absorb en route to the KO.

None. I've enjoyed seeing him move up and fight the likes of Cotto, Margarito, De la Hoya, Hatton and Clottey. If he stayed at 135 we would never have seen these fights.

I disagree...I thought he was punching with a lot more power against Margarito, it's the best display of his power since Hatton.
Cotto, Clottey (who didn't open up), DLH and Margarito are all durable and tough.

Also, he got Diaz out of there in the 9th...I wouldn't exactly call that one shot.

conquer the 140 and 147 division. Although Pac is a small welter, he would still beat the hell out of top 147 lbers. But right now, 140 is more interesting considering that pac already beat top welters in cotto, margo, clottey. Its only pbf who's the obstacle for pac's 147 greatness.
