I blame Rock Newman for the Bowe-Lewis fight not happening. C'mon Bowe fought and beat a prime Holyfield so duck or not give the guy his due. Same with Pac he beat Cotto prime or not BUT it's pretty suspicious that he would not want 40 million dollars just because of a blood test.

How can he "duck" Mosley and Tzsu when there are post fight videos of him calling them out? Also, remember Williams, Cotto and Margarito were nobody's who were not even on PPV when Floyd started to rise. Why fight them when they won't boast your legacy or economics? They did not even have belts.
