Which elite fighter is/wasn't on PED's in your opinion?

Not accusing anyone of taking that stuff but after seeing this intresting video, I would like to know which elite fighter in your opinion is 100% drug free. Start at 17 seconds.

He's basically talking about how all professional sportsmen take drugs for recovery. He's talking about how professional baseball players have better perception.

This make sense after seeing a Prime Mike Tyson. He took drugs in his prime as well, he was a stoner and too cocaine while working out which he admitted in his biography. He was explosive, had a great defense. Was this because of drug abuse? He had talent, but did the drugs help him to break through his limits?

You see guys like Arreola or Szpilka, who both know how to box but they are just average, which is the reason why no one would ever acccuse them of taking drugs. Their physice is more unimpressive than most guys on the street. People accuse Klitschko, GGG, Manny, Floyd etc. of taking drugs, the elite in short words.
