i think Sky might be getting a bit annoyed with Hearn.

Constantly going on about how rich Dazn are & now putting on shows in Germany & Italy which no one will care about.

Not that many good UK shows this year

I think they are but Hearn holds the power. Signed a long term deal with Sky. DAZN are paying a lot more and now Warren has BT, Sky have no one to turn to. Plus he still is giving Sky great content considering how much it’s developed over the years.

I can see the lure of Germany but Italy? The economy there is in tatters.

There will be a deal between Sky and DAZN in the UK the same way they have deals with Sky Italia and Sky Germany. In Germany Sky jointly hold the champions league rights with DAZN and DAZN is available on the sky platform as a discounted add-on or part of the Q package.

he should get Roberto Cammerelle out of retirement and out of the Police force and fast track him like crazy, and sign Clemento Russo and fast track him

Fabio Turchi is supposed to be a good prospect at Cruiserweight, Vincenzo Mangiacapre and Domenico Valentino have both turned pro recently and both were very good amateurs ( though Valentino is past his best). He should sign them three for start.

Francisco Patera( who beat Ritson) is of Italian descent so they could put him on there as well.
Plus Reece Bellotti, Frank Buglioni :D

Will be interesting to see what type of budget he will have. I’m expecting him to replicate some of his usual patern of signing 4 or 5 prospects. And I’m guessing he will put on some sky fight night level shows. Would also guess he may sign Matteo Modugno and throw him in with someone like Takam or Tyrone Spong as Italy has a big kickboxing fan base. Would also expect a big Eastern European influence and maybe a tie in with K2 for both the German and Italian cards

Can’t fault his work ethic but just can’t see what he’s going to get out of Italy, Germany is fair enough.

Agree. can's be certain but if he was going to get 7 figures to put on 8 shows a year in a country that has no boxing competition and keeps DAZN a happy partner would be silly to turn it down. Will likely just let Frank Smith take control of the shows.

Think he'll have Turchi and Patera under the banner. See an Italian article saying Hearn was teaming up with the Cherchi's. Takam aswell.
