    I agree with everyone who said this. Barrera-Morales was a war with both fighters showing incredible toughness, technical skill, talent, heart, passion.. EVERYTHING. They also truly didn't like eachother and that came through. It made the match even more emotional and amazing to watch.

    No disrespect to Gatti and Ward, two fighters with great heart and toughness, but their fights shouldn't be mentioned anywhere near Barrera-Morales.

    I like a lot of these choices suh as Gatti-Ward, Castillo-Corralles, but aren't these the type of fights that justify people going "all they do is punch each other in the head and call it a sport" as the OP mentioned

    ok, fair enough, if i have to pick why i love the fight game then i say gatti-ward 1. or castillo-corrales, or hagler-hearns.

    if i have to say why i love 'boxing' then its ali-williams all day long. thats boxing.
