I would say I hate Benn-McClellan more because Watson at least made a semi-recovery and is able to walk marathons now.

Benn-McClellan is more painful to watch, although it was a better fight than Eubank-Watson 2 (another good fight).

Benn-McClellan was one of the best fights i have ever seen but it has now become one of the worst. I have never seen it since i watched it live all those years ago. It kind of put me off boxing for a while as i was shouting my head off for Benn to win that fight and it made me feel guilty when it became clear how badly hurt Gerald was.

Ditto for the Eubank Watson fight. Not as ferocious as Benn McCellan, but still an awesome fight. It is just sad two boxing legends had to get hurt so badly and neither deserved it

Benn-McClellan is far worse in retrospect. McClellan was fun to watch and to see his career cut short is a shame. Just imagine the interesting matchups that could have taken place. McClellan-Hopkins would have been a treat to see.
