No one knows who the fock Golovkin is? GGG is no more deserving than peter quilling, Sam Suliman, and and Daniel Geale to the Cotto sweepstakes.

Ideally I'd like Alvarez and Cotto to face off with the winner getting a rematch at 160 I think that would make a Mayweather-Cotto/Alvarez II so much bigger although the best fight to be made right now is Mayweather-Cotto II for the Lineal MW Title next

Rather see Cotto vs Canelo. If Cotto wins, then Cotto vs Mayweather II would be huge!

What would be the value in a Cotto v Canelo fight, as the weight difference in the ring would be too great and because of this, the fight wouldn't be on a level playing field

If Khan confirms yet again that he can't make the September date then I'm expecting Mayweather-Maidana II.

Agreed, though Cotto doesn't care really, he will fight anyone as he already proved his entire career.

    Agree 100%.

What sense does it make for Cotto to fight Floyd or Canelo, two guys who are not MW's for the MW title?

Either one is good. I will pick Cotto vs Canelo simply because he have already had Cotto vs Mayweather.

i would rather see canelo/cotto i dont think we need a rematch with cotto/may.

but first canelo needs to get by lara which isnt an easy task.

id say cotto vs ggg is the fight to be made after ggg beats geale which im confident he will.

geale should compete for a few rds and he might even hang in there n take a beating for a minute but if hes hanging around by the championship rds ill be shocked

Canelo still has to beat Lara. I'd like GGG v. Cotto more

Who the hell wants to see Cotto-Duckweather again other than the *****s AKA cherrypicking apologists and known ***gots.

Canelo-Cotto is the much better fight, great styles match up plus it would be another installment of the greatest rivalry in boxing, the Puerto Rico-Mexico rivalry, can you imagine the atmosphere and the hype surrounding this fight, its the kind of fight that could fill a stadium if it were to be staged at the right place.

Cotto vs Canelo is the fight to make next for the Lineal MW title, if Canelo plans to move up after the Lara fight. I'd favor Canelo in that one. If Cotto defends at 160 and Canelo does not plan to move up, GGG should get the fight. I'd favor GGG in that one. Either way, I don't see Cotto holding on to that title very long. But, the point was to win it, and make history, so it doesn't really matter.
