Calzaghe. Any chance we could leave this this thread in the lounge? Could be pretty cool to see what the lounge rats have to say about boxing.

It becomes tiresome switching from one forum to another, and being I prefer not to be a product of my environment, instead, striving to make my environment a product of me, I figured I could suffice my boxing vice and my political vice all in one forum.

The only reason Hopkins wants Jones is because he knows hes shot to ****

We already seen Hopkins duck RJJ in 2002

and obviously we seen him get beat up in 1992

now we get to see him squiriming as he tries to get out of fighting another guy who will outpoint him handily in Joe Calzaghe

He'd get beat by Calzaghe and he'd beat RJJ.

edit: Don't move my posts to the General

Hopkins can beat Jones. But he will lose to Calzaghe.

This is such a shame. Most fighters, being fighters, are held back by their promoters and managers. You know by nature a lot of guys would match themselves over their heads , without cooler heads to prevail.Yet guys like Hopkins and Jones who pretty much manage themselves choose from a list of the aged and infirm. And worst of all, fans are getting used to these high priced, egomaniacal , primma donnas.Want to fight? Sign the goddamn contract.Want to posture, talk, and avoid challenges? Join the Hopkins-Jones Suckboy club.
