Eubank too dangerous to be over confident with. He’s said at dinners that Benn would have the better chance against Toney or McCallum than himself because he was such a natural puncher that you never know, and how best he himself could hope for against those two is a draw if they weren’t at their very best on the night, unless Toney really messed up. (He rates those two as good a middleweights as he has ever seen in boxing history to this day.)

Your post lacks nuance and reads slightly hysterical.

I said I beleive Tyson pre prison wasn't scared of fighting anyone but I did feel he was intimidated moreso about fighting Foreman than anyone else. Tyson was a historian and had huge respect for previous champions.

If you read Tysons comments on this he said ' Many fighters in the old days fought intimidated but didn't show it".

I beleive Tyson was also such a man . He wasn't afraid to fight anyone

And Foreman certainly too. He admitted he was terrified of Joe Frazier and his legs were like jelly prefight.

Try to calmly understand what someone actually wrote rather than what you think they wrote.

In the final analysis Tyson didn't fight Foreman....the ball was in his court.

My only gr8evance was we missed out on one of the most intriguing fights of all time especially in the 1989-91 time period.

There's a huge difference between s 22-24 year old Tyson and the broken down husk of 2002 who fought Lewis. I can guarantee you he would have had anxiety about that matchup but went through and tried to win. Tyson was a formidable competitor

You’re perpetuating a myth, you have no source nor is there any real evidence. Boxing is a business Tyson fought for $ that was it. You said Tyson was “intimidated” and that King didn’t want the fight? - based on what? Unsourced quotes? I have no doubt both men wanted the fight, Tyson saw $$$ and so did GF which was the whole point of his old man comeback.
