Like most of us on here, I was pumped and jazzed up for Gamboa-Rios. Although Rios was a slight favorite, it would have been exciting to see how Gamboa would do 2 divisions up against the dominant 135lber. So far, I don't see any other fight coming close to the anticipation and excitement for me. FMJ will win a decision, perhaps a close UD. Pacquaio will win a SD or maybe even draw. Lamar will win or get robbed. Gonzalez - Salido will come close to providing the excitement. Otherwise, its pretty much meh, nothing that will make me buy the PPV. How about you guys?
This Martinez/Chavez Jr buzz that people are saying thats happening in September. It probably wont happen, but I'm hype. Also Peterson/Khan. And I also want to see Seth Mitchell's next fight against Chazz Witherspoon, but thats Prom Night....BYE BYE VIRGINITY!!!!
Nothing has replaced it. Maybe Marquez Rios at 140... Marquez Peterson at 140. But ill be excited for what's coming up. Berto ortiz Khan Peterson Martinez Jr September Jr Lee has me very interested Gonzalez salido a good one. Nothing has really replaced it.unless Marquez takes on Peterson for unification in July..
I agree, Marquez-Peterson, assuming Peterson wins, would be interesting. Good matchup also, could be FOTY.
