Duran v leonard would be my preference, both where fought at the highest level of skill however the duran fight was more enjoyable than the hearns one IMO

Leonard -Hearns is one of the most overrated fights ever, yes it shows some good skills but in terms of action is not on Duran-Leonards level.

I've seen the fight and Duran was a pretty clear winner but it was very close.. I remember Leonard put his hands up after the fight as if he'd won and Duran got pissed off and went at him like "put your ****ing hands down"

and then Duran went after Benitez and grabbed his dick like you ain't **** mother****er!

one of the best fights i've ever seen

    the brawl in montreal

    duran-srl 1

and i thought duran won about 9 rounds, but he coasted a little bit heading into the late rounds.

Duran-SRL 1. The action was much more consistent.

SRL-Hearns 1 had good action in spots, but much of it was a chess match. A terrificly skilled chess match with great shifts in momentum/style, but still, not that much action.

    SRL-Hearns 2 was a better action fight.

I thought the decision was quite clear. Sure it was a well contested fight and by no means a dominating win, but you would have to argue pretty hard to even score it a draw. Close but clear I think.

Duran won by a total of 4 points on all the cards...I would say that wasnt CLEAR..Not to mention that as I stated only half the people thought that Duran won...An example of a close but clear win would be Paul williams over Margarito..Only diehard Margo fans think that he won the fight...

The scorecards were closer than the fight was, considering Duran was coasting in the later rounds on the lead he'd built up. Re-watch the fight, Duran was damn near dominating through the first 10-12 rounds, Leonard winning maybe 3 of them, maybe another round even.
