Which fight was more of a foregone conclusion?

GGG-Vanes.

Vanes is a much, much better fighter than Rocky. The disparity between both A sides and B sides here was huge but Rocky at least had a size advantage he could try to get lucky with. Vanes didn't have that and he wasn't going to be able to outbox him either.

 

I think Vanes might well handle Rocky. And wpuld certainly have done better against Canelo prior to being stopped.

 

Vanes would absolutely beat up Rocky.

 

GGG-Vanes easily. He was inactive coming off a loss and moving up in weight. Atleast Rocky was active coming off a win and it was Canelo who was moving up in weight

He probably would but we're talking about which fight was the most forgone conclusion. They both were but I had Rocky's chances of landing a lucky Hail Mary at about 2 percent higher than Vanes'

 

Canelo Rocky.
While Vanes was inactive he had done well against the top of 154, fighters people say GGG ducked.
Rocky on the other hand got blasted out in 1 by Callum Smith.

and a couple years ago, canelo was getting exposed as soon as he fought a live body above 155.

 

By who? The only person he fought above 155 prior to GGG was Chavez jr.

yes. for most posters, before chavez jr, canelo was just a weight bully afraid to fight guys his size cause they would expose him. not all posters of course, but everyone with an agenda... like today.
