Marcel Cerdan-Holman Williams, Georges Carpentier-Gunboat Smith, Henry Armstrong-Lew Jenkins. I put these together because there is still a possibility that one or all of them may turn up since they apparently were all filmed. Also, Solly Krieger-Al Hostak 1 and one of the Freddie Steele-Gorilla Jones fights. I have read in news reports that they were filmed also.

Any footage of Holman Williams would be a national treasure.

I watched Moore-Vales on YouTube a couple of months ago. Pity their 15 rounder is unavailable. Amazing there is no footage of Liston/Folley, same with Liston/DeJohn, considering Sonny wasn’t fighting in the 1900’s or 20’s!

Joey Giardello vs Henry Hank the one that was the FOTY.

Rafael Herrera vs Rodolfo Martinez II it was called by those who saw it as the best fight ever between two mexicans. I know this one was filmed and showed on tv but i cant find the full fight anywhere.

How come these Austrailan Fight footage films were perfect ???

Where as so many others aren't?

anyway, it's footage like this that proves the Past Era fighters were exactly as Reported and as Normal as any fighters today...

When the footage is Right, the fighters are too.

up to 20 years, times dozens & hundreds of fights, that Can Never be removed from Contextual Comparison, the question need only be, " how Many modern fighters would have remained among the TOP had they too competed as much?"

some sure, but Most, I believe, would have fallen away eitherside of the 50, 60, 70 fight mark or less and under 10 years in..
