    And as long as he kept avoiding certain fighters with the skills to beat him, he wasn't going to reach it anyway.

    That's exactly is the case with an Arum/DKP calling the shots. He isn't cleaning out the division--he's a protected fighter.

    H.Camacho , by far in my opinion, the blitz job he did on Bazooka Limon , in 83 was one of the most dominate performances against top competition I've seen. Then the follow up's with Solis, and Ramirez were just as dominate. Then, he got blasted by E.Rasario once, a fight he went on to win, And he became a timid runner for the rest of his career. Also H.Davis jr. And M.Breland two of the best amateurs in the history of American boxing, but their pro careers were average at best. Z,Judah all the talent in the world, began to read his own press. Almost all the 80's heavy's had talent, but laziness, bad management (Don King) ruined most of them.
