    Shakur has more raw talent than all those mentioned, I'd say Cruz with his style can probably trouble him the most.

    I’d give Davis the best chance cause he’s dangerous with both hands for all 12, no other reason though. He decisions the rest.

    I've got Haney with the best chance. I don't think Garcia is fighting again at 135. I think Loma and Tank could also beat him. The fighter with the least chance of winning is Cruz.
