The Irish guy Dunne who fought the Spaniard Martinez over the weekend was talking some trash and got destroyed within about 1:30 of the first round. The fight's on YouTube and it's an embarrassment. Dunne was fighting in Ireland and he got KD 3 times and TKO'd without landing anything of substance against Martinez. The second KD sent Dunne flying through the air, and if he hadn't hit the corner turnbuckle, he could have easily gone through the ropes a la Rahman vs Maskaev. He looked like an amateur, and the guy was like 24-0 coming into the fight. If you feel like laughing at another exposed UK fraud, take the 3 minutes and go get the fight on YouTube. Total beat-down.

I ****ing hate people that talk ****, then after the fight smile and say "oh, I only said it to promote the fight".

It's not ****ing WWE. Say it and mean it - or at least be funny. Or at least do it to rile your opponent and get an edge.

Ali didn't mean half of what he said (eg, he didn't even know what an Uncle TOm was when he called Frazier it), but at least it pissed Frazier off, and gave Ali an edge.

 

Okay the worst ever would have to be Vivian Harris. Got KTFO by Maussa. What a bum. Talking all this trash about Floyd ducking him and got knocked the f*ck out by a journeyman.

Vargas.

He didn't really talk trash before the Tito fight but gosh I hated how he would pucker his lips and skip in place while Jimmy Lennon was introducing him. When they get face to face Tito tells him in Spanish "This is the good stuff.. Are you ready for the good stuf!?"

Also against DLH. He made it out to be some huge Real Mexican American vs. Fake Mexican American War. It was ridiculous looking back. Was kinda pleasing to see him eat his words in all those losses. At least after the Sugar Shane rematch he didn't have anymore bull**** to say.
