Luis Ramon Campas, Oba Carr, David Reid, Fernando Vargas. All of them were defeated, and lost their "0", by Felix Trinidad.

Others who fight with Trinidad and were also ruined was: Maurice Blocker, Troy Waters, Pernell Whitaker, Hugo Pineda, Mamadou Thiam, William Joppy, Ricardo Mayorga,

Yeah, because lasting 2 seconds longer erases the last 11 rounds 2 minutes and 58 seconds of war.

Would have CHANGED THE WORLD, MAN!

First 'real' loss has to be Roy Jones, also Taylor and Vargas

Carr and Campas weren't ruined. WTF is with people saying they were ruined by Tito? Campas simply lost his "0" against Trinidad. He started losing more fights because he started fighting much better opposition. There's a huge difference between fighting the likes of Anthony Ivory, Roger Turner, a declined Jorge Vaca, etc...to fighting guys like Trinidad, Jose Luis Lopez, and Fernando Vargas. Campas also had his best wins after his first loss.

Carr was what he was: a solid contender type, who probably would've won a belt in a weaker WW era (like today). Trinidad was a HUGE step up for Carr, who get a lot of extra hype because he was a Kronk guy, and fought on Tuesday Night Fights on USA. His biggest test going into the Tito fight was a declined Livingstone Bramble, and Carr lost that fight in the eyes of everyone but the judges. Like Campas, Carr had his most notable wins after his first loss. And like Yori Boy, he started losing more fights because he started facing the likes of Trinidad, Ike Quartey, and Oscar De La Hoya.

Blocker and Whitaker were significantly on the decline, with Maurice having suffered two brutal KO defeats against Simon Brown and Terry Norris. He didn't ruin them.

David Reid and Fernando Vargas are the ones whose careers/performances suffered the most after facing Tito. Reid started going life-and-death with guys like Quirino Garcia and Sam Hill after getting the **** beaten out of him by Tito. And Nando's punch resistance was never the same post-Tito. Then the loss to Oscar and back injuries really ****ed him up. Those guys took BRUTAL beatings from Felix that lasted.

I agree, Trinidad really sped up the decline though. Same thing with Taylor after Chavez. The gym wars, punishment in general, and move up in weight would've caught up to Taylor. The horrible punishment he took in that fight sped that process up.

I think the same about Vargas, look at the tough fights he was involved in during a short period of time. The fights with Winky and Quartey were pretty taxing physically. Then the Trinidad fight topped of a very grueling trilogy of fights for Vargas...all within a year.
