    Guys need to use heel kicks more, they need to use more techniques from butterfly and open guard rather than just pulling [closed] guard. We need to see more up kicks.

    Someone on his back should be able to kick a guy who is on top but on his knees i.e. Vera vs Jones.

    I'd say Werdum, Nogueira (although he did ship a lot of punishment) or Aoki.
