I've had to go to the fantasay boxing betting to watch a list XD. My memory is awful.

    Fights that impressed me:

Rances Barthelemy vs. Antonio DeMarco: The first time I saw barthelemy, I didnt know he was such a goooood boxer. I loved it.

Miguel Cotto vs. Daniel Geale: Didnt expect cotto to win so easily, even if geale was drained, cotto impressed me. I saw him in really good shape, and more intelligent. Good job.

Petr Petrov vs. Gamaliel Díaz: Didnt expect petrov to improve as much as he has improved since he began to train in the states. Good job "zar", big fan in here :good

Odlanier Solis vs. Tony Thompson II: Impossible not to be impressed by that fight. :patsch:nut

Deontay Wilder vs. Bermane Stiverne: More surprised than impressed, I never expected the fight going the way it did. Btw, wilder is not as good as he thinks he is, but not as bad as you people say he is either.

Not sure if there is any fight from 2014 in here, if so, I apologize in adavance. Didnt check thoroughly.

The thing I always thought about that fight was that everyone was angry and soon as it was made, but Khan v Broner was talked about and would've been almost universally accepted. But surely people know Algieri is better than Broner.

However I do agree I expected Khan to have an easier time than he did.

I think the most impressive fighters this year were the ones just walking through stiff competition like they weren't even there. I've really been underestimating Cotto, and his destruction of Geale was probably the most unlikely thing I've seen happen all year. Not as amazing and mystifying as his destruction of Martinez last year, since that has to be up there with the most unlikely upsets of all time, but this wasn't bad for a normal year.

After that, I give it to Roman Gonzalez walking through Sosa and the Krusher doin' his thing against Pascal. Golovkin looked elite and dominant as always but still didn't face anybody worthy of his talents.

No one has surprised me thus far. Everything has gone pretty much the way I expected it too.

Lemieux has impressed me the most. I like to see a puncher showing his power in the ring. When his opponent got hit cleanly he went down to the floor everytime.
