Well in that case Froch deserves it more because despite being slow he still pulls out win after win.

Carl Froch , he will fight anyone .

I would have voted for Marquez if he would have never ducked Provodnikov .

How the **** does Froch win this with 20 votes over JMM???!!

Honestly, someone who's voted for Froch explain this to me, I'm being serious, I just can't understand this.

Like someone said on the previous page, here's some of JMM's resume:

Down three times in round 1 of Pac I, war.

    Down in Pac II, war.

Down and bloodied in Pac IV, got up to win an epic war.

Down vs. Katsidis, got up to win a one sided war.

Down vs. Alvarado, got up to seal victory.

Bloodied and war vs. Juan Diaz I.

What has Froch done in this department? Where has Froch been in trouble and then come back? Groves I is not what I'm talking about he was losing, but he wasn't getting battered like JMM was against Pac. What is the evidence for this supposedly huge heart he has?

You truly are profoundly stupid. So you think a guy doing what Margarito did in the first fight against Cotto, just going forward while taking bombs, you think this is something where only the physiological component of chin is tested, right? You don't think there's an element of heart there? You really should stop posting.

Impossible to quantify something like heart, it's subjective. We will never know how deep each fighter had to dig to keep going or to go from the brink of defeat to victory.

If I had to pick someone from that list I'd say Froch. He never quits and unlike Marquez he really only has one way to turn a fight around because of his flaws. When Marquez is losing he has many ways to turn a fight around as he is a more complete fighter. Froch can only walk right back into the fire and hopes he can outlast and over power his opponents.

Some have said he didn't take a beating against Groves and from appearances he didn't as Froch doesn't mark up and is just so damn tough, but he took a lot of punishment in that fight that would have left many others a mess. I can't think of anyone else that could get up from the shot that dropped him in the first it was like the shot JMM hit Pac with, Froch walked right into it while throwing a punch. He took flush power shot after flush power shot in the 6th, Froch was tough enough to walk through it, many others would have been left an unconscious drooling mess on the canvas.
