It perplexes me how some people delude themselves. Does 'champion of the entire world' not impress you at all?

To answer the question, I would like to fight the worst fighter I could find and would not want to fight Earnie Shavers, simply because making my inevitable dive look decent against him still constitutes a grave risk.

well i can tell you who i wouldnt want to fight and that would be pavlik, abraham and the g man.

i say this b/c i walk around at 165ish so these guys are weighing in more or less at about what i weigh so when i see them fight/weigh in i'm seeing people who are essentially my size.

i've seen pav and aa take shots that would leave me laid up for weeks and i've seen all three deliver shots that would leave me laid up for weeks.

BUT, if you did win, Wilfredo would be your bestpal. He always looked so happy to hug the guy that just beat him. I hope the Lord takes care of Benitez, I read an article a while back about his basic day and he is in horrendous condition. This happens a lot to defensive wizards. Jimmy Young died from it too.

What statement in my entire post even suggests that I delude myself? The part were I said I'd face Marciano at my peak? I guess all the journeymen and light heavyweights who dared step in the ring with the Rock were deluded also. Please don't try to talk about me like I am unrealistic. I am a very scientific individual. I never posted what the outcome would be.

Fight - SRR just to say I shared a ring with the best
Not Fight - Henry Armstrong, the relentless pressure would be stifling
