which fighter(s) made you a boxing fan?

    And even if he wasn't one of the greats Frank Bruno. I never actually thought he would be world champ but you couldn't help wanting him to be.

    noone really...i meaannn, i used to watch Tyson as a kid all the time when dad would buy his fights but, can't really say i got into cuzz of him

    Sugar Ray Leonard- Leonard's fight with Hearns got me really interested in Boxing.

    Thomas Hearns- His fight with Hagler turned me into a real fan

    Ricardo Lopez- WHen I first saw Finito Lopez, I became a hardcore boxing junkie for life..

    used to follow nigel benn with my dad as a kid,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
    ,,,,,,first time i had heard a nickname to the magnitude of "dark destroyer"
    which got me thinking why??,,soon found out why and was absolutely hooked.
    through school it has to be tyson,,,,beautifully ferocious!!!-(before the crazy days!),,
    ,,then,just when it couldn't be any more exciting,,,along came naz,,what!!!
    simply blissfull to watch,,(had never heard of 'the ingle style' before),and here it was in all it's glory...
    more recently i get excited about froch and pavlik--underrated warriors.....
    ....aah the good old days..

    Ragamuffin man Lloyd Honeygan for me as well. His destruction of Curry in his own backyard was sensational at the time.

    use 2 watch boxing when it was on but as soon i saw castillo-corrales i became an addict lol
