    Prince Rodney,he is a mate of my dads so i started reading about his fights and watching them when possible.Then got into the sport in general and started watching guys like Hagler and Larry Holmes on delayed veiwing on a saturday afternoon.

    Leonard, haggler, and hearns, duran did it for me. Watching these guys taking turns fighting eachother..... AWESOME

    I can name the specific fight. Nigel Benn Vs. Gerald McClellan. I was 13. It was the first fight I ever saw.

    Initially Nigel Benn.
    Hamed briefly grabbed my attention...
    stopped following the sport for a while then got back into it with the likes of gatti ,mayweather ,hatton..

    Well first it were Balboa and Creed, followed I think by Hagler. Eubank bigtime at one point. More recently Calzaghe.

    Mike Tyson, Dodie Boy Penalosa (I saw an article about the Penalosa family, Gerry was just starting back then), Luisito Espinosa and to a certain extent Sugar Ray Leonard

    I was a very impressionable young kid back then. Funny thing is I thought guys like Duran and Holmes sucked since I only saw the tail end of their careers:patsch
