Someone I spoke with said when he heard Louis hit the bag it sounded like someone was tossing a shot put at it.
I count 18 for Wilfredo Gomez and 22 for Joe Louis (I did not count that Johnny Davis exhibition as a title fight). Looks like Louis has it by 1 KO over Chavez.
