Sal Sanchez way overdue. Alexis Arguello would be great too. A short series on Hbo or Showtime would be great, with great stories and acting new fans could be drawn to boxing and even some of the hardcores might pick up on something they never knew. Kasim Ouma is another. Pacquiao, Provo, Chavez Sr, PDL's, especially PDL's, would be heart wrenching. What some of these men went thru life makes boxing a hobby for some. Their lives molded them into the fighters they became just as much as the boxing gym did. Joey Giardello and Vernon Forrest, 2 tough guys with big, big hearts. Paez raised in a circus to become world champion and atg entertainer. His fight with Sweet Pea very, very underrated too.

Smokin Joe Frazier - incredible life story. The lift he gave Ali from Philly to New York when Ali was suspended and the conversation between them with no one else around them would be the hilight of the movie.

Michael Watson, that one writes itself.

Broner, the Maidana climax would end the film on a high note.

Rocky Marciano - ever since I learned of his status as the Dildo King. Let Scorsese do it, those scenes would be Wolf of Wall Street-esque

Well many of the names listed have documentaries made about them, a bit like movies in a way. Several documentaries on Eubank/Benn, Gatti/Ward ect. Can't remember the name but some African fighter who became world champion he was as a child kidnapped by Kony and his army as a child escaped came to America with nothing and started boxing went on to i think become world champion. Amazing story and a proper movie could be made. Lamont Peterson from the streets of DC as a kid to world champion reads like a Rocky story. Bhop should surely have a bio made about him i mean Prison loosing his 1st pro fight on becoming the oldest champion ever, plus his whole rebel persona he is a bit of an outlaw makes for a good movie. George Foreman all his early career Ali Frazier ect and then his conversion to Christianity comeback and winning the HW title at 45 plus the grills pure hollywood stuff. Sonny Liston a man of real mystery and the fact that it would be nice to have a movie about a guy who was the villan not just the hero. Barry Mcguigan the Yung Ali fight plus the whole backround of the troubles and his impact on the thing would make a decent movie i reckon.
