Which fighter's career/record/legacy was most affected by questionable decisions?

    i was going to comment on this. i think the robbery that jones had at the olympics shaped his whole career as a pro. he had a championship complex. at one point he held 8 belts at the same time. regardless if you thought dm was the "linear" champ, most fans and the media knew jones was the best. there was no need for those belts and no need to fight some of those mandatories. at the same time, jones really didn't have much competition when he was on top. people post crap about all the fighters jones didn't face when in reality, they wouldn't have had much chance vs a prime jones.

    I stand by my statement. That fight will bug me until the day I die, and I can't imagine why there was never more of an uproar about it. (it was even a fast count, at about 8.5 seconds, and the ref started counting before Ali got to his corner.)

    George was clearly out of gas going into the 8th, and he had been losing just about every round before that. What makes you think he'd have gone on to win?
