Sometimes we get to like a fighter so much that we think they are invincible, and although we know that no one is, we couldn't begin to fathom anyone else beating them. We brag to our family and friends how he will beat the opposing fighter and give an analysis to why we predict his win. However, when the bell rings, the fighter we have liked gets a beat down from the opposing fighter. His beat down is so bad that we are humbled and we have to go to bed thinking - what just happened?

Let me hear your stories Boxing Fans!

Word. I didn't expect Gatti to do much, but I didn't expect him to get brain damage either.

Seeing Roy pummeled into oblivion twice was rough, first by Glen, then by Joe.

I could make watching DLH - Pacquiao a daily ritual.

If Gatti was good for nothing else, he was good for that. One of my all-time favorites. Truly an old school warrior.

Margarito Mosely. Because of the sick amount of punishment Tony took (and always seems to take). He was just so slow and couldnt do anything in there, except take a prolonged and savage beating. It hurt me to watch.

Also JMM not getting the nod over Pacquiao after trying to get the rematch for years, taking such a small share of the purse, puting in such an unbelievable effort and actually somehow beating the recognised p4p no.1 in his prime.

This thread brings back some painful memories :'(

    Cuevas-Hearns

I thought Hearns was going to win before the 1st round finished. But that was a severely misled presumption.

Honestly, this could well have been a post I made.

I hate the fact Margarito took a brutal beating and is getting **** on afterwards, I hate how Manny got the benefit of the doubt in both fights.
