Philla, just got to say, Ive been a far more active observer than responder in past few years since my 200 a day count, but you're a very underrated poster here. Ive followed a lot of posters comments here and I think you come across as one of the best and most fair (you didn't happen to be 'pharoae did you?if not ok but you have identical posting styles). - although i don't agree on your manny stance :)

Ward to stop Green in his hometown and with some help from the refs, I believe Taylor was cleared away because he was dangerous not because they love him so much and want to protect him, he was paid off well to leave. I felt Ward Kess had horrid reffing and I expect Green was brought in not only to lose, but to give Ward a nice KO victory.

Kessler will beat Froch in a clear decision. I expect some help from the ref and judges in his home however I don't feel he will need it.

Dirrell vs Abraham is indeed the toughest one to figure. I think Dirrell will understand clearly that if he dances and boxes a bit he will win a decision, and be rewarded for not taking any chances and not really having to land anything clear. Showtime and his fans will of course claim it was a triumphant display. The PROBLEM is that Abraham knows this too. I think it is possible that we see such a display from Abraham that they have to go ahead and give it to him........but they still won't. I see this fight as a Draw to keep the Dirrell lifeline alive. In reality it will probably be around 9 rounds to 3 Abraham. Anybody know how big the ring is?

I pick the exact opposite of what this jackass says. Wanna know why? Okay, I'll tell ya. For one, look at the quote (self explanatory). For two, there's always this...

Ward will stop Green late, Kessler will outpoint Froch, and Dirrell will outbox Abraham from the outside.

Froch vs. Kessler-- This should be the best fight of the tournament so far. You've got two tough guys, one a boxer and one a puncher. I think that Froch is easily the most powerful guy Kessler has been in with, so while Kessler has never been down, we'll find out just how good his chin is. I can see Kessler using Froch as a punching bag much like he did to Andrade. The difference will be that Froch has more power. If Froch manages to hurt Kessler, I believe it will be all over because Kessler is not used to being hurt, and Froch will not let him off the hook. This fight will be a good barometer to judge Kessler's supposed decline by; if he performs as good, almost as good, or better than he did against Andrade, the argument that Kessler is shot goes right out the window (and Ward earns some belated but serious props). I think Kessler stops wears Froch down and stops him late while ahead on points. Kessler TKO 10.

Abraham vs. Dirrell-- Any fight with Dirrell in it has potential to suck, but we may see him get brutally knocked out this time, so there's definitely hope. Dirrell may have learned from his mistakes in the last fight (i.e. not fighting at all). I expect him to be more active against Abraham. Abraham invites punches, whereas Froch is menacing and appears to be looking to counter you. Dirrell will take the early rounds, but he'll get a false sense of security and catch some of Abraham's power shots in the mid-rounds. From there, Abraham will take control. One of two things may happen--Dirrell shows that he has some balls and continues to attack, causing him to get KO'd by a counterpunch, or Dirrell will get on his bike and be hunted down and TKO'd. I do not think Dirrell has the focus or mental ability to play a run and potshot game against Abraham. Any lapses in his focus will be brutally exploited. But on the other hand, Dirrell doesn't have the toughness, power, or chin to really take it to Abraham. this would be a quick route to the canvas. Abraham TKO 9.

Ward vs. Green-- I don't see this being an exciting fight. Ward is too smart for Green and will counteract his gameplan no matter what it is. Green may be able to catch Ward cold, but I doubt it. Ward also stands little chance of stopping Green. I can see Ward violently beating on Green for 12 rounds without seriously hurting him. If you thought Ward dominated Kessler, wait till you see this fight. Ward will be eager to not only win, but also show that he can be entertaining. He'll look to impose his dominance on Green and display his very best to the crowd. I predict much less holding and headbutting and much, much more punching by Ward this time. Ward UD 12

Who do I want to win? Ward, because he's just better than Green and seems like a classy guy. Abraham, because Dirrell is a little ***** who has no right to be on television where I have to see his shenanigans. The other fight is hard to call. I like Froch a lot, but he is so terribly limited that a loss might be what he needs to wake him the **** up. It will only make him hungrier and tougher, imo. Kessler does not need a loss right now. I think a loss at this point would be the end for him. Both good guys that I wish success for, but I've gotta go with Kessler because I think he needs it more.

I agree with you on most of this. I think Froch will last the whole fight though and get decisioned by Kessler. Luckily, though, he'll still move on into the 2nd round and we'll get to see his tasty little armcandy some more........

and do you still contend that Floyd will duck Sugar Shane?

Froch over Kessler by some kind of stoppage mid to late rounds and behind on points.

AA over AD by late KO also behind on points Although it wouldn't surprise me much to see Dirrell box to a boring UD. This one is the closest matchup, imo.

Ward boxes to an easy and wide UD. Green has almost no chance.

Kessler to get that jab going and take it on points.
Abraham, i'm hopeful Dirrell will go well, but can't see it going his way. Points.
Ward all over this one with a K.O of Green.

Well I got 2 out of 3 so far( I was one of the few to pick Ward to beat Kessler) so here goes.

    Froch beats Kessler

    Dirrell beats AA

    Green beats Ward.
