    George foreman...... He went from 220/230 wild swinger/good jab........to 240/265 with more weight behind his punch using shorter compact punches and a clobbering jab. In his case speed wouldnt really be a factor he was still deceptively fast ( for his build) and timed his punches better as well where it landed on target adding to more damage.

    Povetkin really looks in an insane shape after the loss. It could be PEDS but still answers your question. I don't know if Canelo really improved his power after the fight with Mayweather, but definitely he improved his game.
