He just moved up to his natural weight class, anyway he's a flat footed stiff with no ring IQ , guy like khan would beat the crap outta him ,mathysse would Ko him . Plus he lost a few fights before.

Manny Pacquiao is an interesting case. Depends how liberal you are...

He did fight at 115 and 118 a few times each, but only in cupcake fights.

Considering he was at "World level" when he was lineal champ at 112 and returned to "World level" at 122, he did essentially skip over 115 and 118 (once again, he fought there before but never close to "World level").

We all now how great he would go on to become.

The obvious answer is Pacquiao, as NS has put it, "depending on how liberal you are", but dunno if OP is baiting *******s or *****s into this thread...

What's so impressive about moving up to your natural weight class and losing 2 fights :think

And bare in mind, back in the day, it wouldn't have been 2 weight classes because Junior Welterweight didn't exist.

Henry Armstrong. From Featherweight then straight up to be Welterweight champ which today is 4 divisions.
Then back down to be Lightweight champ holding all 3 titles at the same time.
For good measure fighting for the Middleweight belt and according to some being robbed.
