All close decisions had gone in their favor? Ken Norton would certainly get a huge bump.
So does Holyfield with extra wins over Lewis and Moorer
How about if they had lost every close decision?

Oscar had alot of close fights and has both gotten gifts and been robbed.

I believe Reggie Johnsons only clear non debatable loss was to Roy Jones. His standing would improve massively if he had gotten the nod every time.

Leonard might drop in the ATG Ratings if he had gotten losses vs Hearns and hagler in the rematch. Certainly his comeback would be seen in a different light.

    Other candidates?

Jimmy Young....would have scalps of Foreman, Ali, Norton, Lyle, plus a draw with Shavers in
the 1975-1977 period. (Maybe even take on Frazier in a big title defense).

I will be honest with you. Whether I thought he won or lost, losing to Michael Spinks was for some reason enjoyable to me to watch. Larry had been so cocky and he thought he had it in the bag, and I love how Spinks showed him that a lighterweight guy is saying, no you don't have that easy a path and he put the stop. And Larry's reaction was classic. I don't feel the same about Marvin losing to Ray because Marvin was and always seemed like a humble guy who knew what it took to win, but at the same time Larry or Marvin took for granted another fighter who worked hard and had some of the same confidence and they are proved wrong. That is some of the best things about boxing.

Jeff Fenech. The draw with Azumah Nelson cost him a 4 th world title.

Marquez gets a big bump. He would only have 1 loss, even the Bradley fight was close.

Mayweather would suffer the biggest negative impact if the close decisions had gone against him. He would likely be 47-3, and his legacy would lose a lot of its luster without that 0.

Floyd Patterson would have become the first 3-time heavyweight champ. Huge boost.

Michael Spinks would have lost luster on his 175 lb. reign had he lost to Eddie Davis.

Emile Griffith and Luis Rodriguez would likely change places as they are thought of in history had Luis been given the verdicts in their 3rd and 4th fights.

In all 4 of the above fights I felt the loser deserved the respective decisions.
