I think a boxer of his style starts to come into his prime in his mid-thirties in the modern era; Guzman is an exceptionally modern fighter in terms of his inactivity. All he needs to do is shorten his punches up in his combinations and he'll be unstoppable.
Although I dont think anyone exactly resembles Joe Louis, the 1st name that sprung to mind was Alexis Arguello. Very patient, stalked his opponents, very textbook puncher, rarely wasted a punch, could throw a huge variety of punches, KO power, quite slow feet but usually well positioned for balance & to take a man out at any given time. Louis had really fast hands where as Alexis didnt but thats probably the only clear difference between them IMO.
Borstal? Scum, and all that? Seriously, nice to have some young blood back ,keeping us old boys on our toes .Welcome back!
in a sense rocky does, the way he stands and crouches below your waistline before unleashing, lennox lewis suprisingly reminds me of him
First name that came to my mind. I'd also add Dick Tiger. His style was a bit unpolished/unorthadox compared to Louis', but fundamentally it was very similar IMO.
