Firstly Canelo Dominated Spence did not Secondly Spence Garcia is a far better matchup, Callum Smith is tailor-made for riodnelo. D.Garcia fought really well & i'm a hater who expected Spence to just jab his nut off. To conclude Fury's performances over Wlad & Wilder are better than Canelo & Spence combined.
Garcia-Spence was a good matchup but Spence didn’t really impress. It was a decent performance but not other worldly. Canelo beat the **** out of a much bigger fighter and the top guy at 168, regardless of what people think of him now. So that is far more impressive. Also, names like Roidnelo are so childish and ridiculous.
Spence is figuring some things out. The top WWs can all take his power which I think surprised him. Canelo is ahead developmentally, looks a lot better.
Spence. Coming off a car accident to dominate Garcia - a top 5 WW is impressive. There were a lot of people saying it's a huge risk & some felt he'd lose as he wasn't 100%. Canelo did what was expected & dominated an unproven top SMW. Nobody expected Smith to win.
I agree I expected canelo to clown Smith levels. Spence facing garcia in his first fight back after that car wreck was dangerous. No one has beat garcia that badly.
Mauricio Herrera did better than Spence. Mauricio had Danny leaking, laboring, and looking like he was ready to go in 1-2 more rounds. Danny never looked like he was on the verge of being knocked out against Spence.
i got to go with spence, even though i expected him to stop danny. he is showing new dimensions to his game, which i always knew he had. ive been saying nobody beats spence at 147 for 5 years now, and still hold that opinion.
This is a good question & frankly I don’t know smith was an undefeated champ & had size & reach advantages. However Canelo seems to love Bashing on Brits ... I believe there is a reason for that. Danny Garcia is a well known name who has knocked out some decent scalps including an aging legend clean out of the ring. i guess I’ll give it to Spence based off of that.
To answer the question... Spence over Clenelo. Danny had a full training camp. Gollum Smith found out he got the fight on Twitter and then had 3 weeks to get ready.
This content is protected Danny took a beating. Look at his face. He's laboring hard and clinching excessively in the late rounds holding on for dear life. I don't recall him trying to clinch Spence. In a 15 round fight, Danny's knocked out by Mauricio.
Canelo showed far more skill, Garcia just walked listlessly towards Spence like a listless zombie, he offered almost nothing.
canelo looked like david fighting goliath.... the size difference was so huge spence didnt dominate, he just won.
