I think Uncle Roger, The Black Mamba, takes Pretty Boy out, cause you
always had an "uncle" just a little wilder than you, to show you the ropes (at least down in Texas is how it works).

Chavez and Arguello both slow him down with body shots and win late round KO or decision.

I personally would favor Arguello over Mayweather. The way that he throws varieties of punches from different angles will give Mayweather hard time countering. Also, Arguello won't be duped into throwing just one punch at a time. Instead he will set Floyd up with his long jab and connect with his combos.

It is for the same reason I will give my nod to Margarito to ALWAYS destroy Floyd. Guys who can keep him occupied AND rangier than him will always give him trouble, IMO. Especially the way that Margarito uses different angles for his punches. Of course, I should be thinking more about Arguello here, but their styles are very similar to this aspect.

Barney Ross, with one hand tied behind his back,(As long as its not the left jab) and with a blind fold over his eyes could beat Mayweather Jr.

I wouldn't give anyone even a 50/50 chance. Singular upsets are possible, but in a series of fights he comes on top in majority of bouts against anyone.

When did he fight under 130 lbs? I have clippings for most of his fights, including the early ones, and none mention him weighing that low.

This is a very good question. Many historians veiw Mayweatehr with distain. I tend to view him as an all time great. A Roy Jones type of talent, but without the glass chin.

If Mayweather has a weakness it is vs a great swarmer who doesn't stop throwing punches. A guy like Armstrong could beat him.
