Which top grade fighters suffer of suffered from being far too much trouble for their worth. Fighters who may well have lost against a great, but were of such class that they might well have a chance of upsetting or even being a less high profile yet better fighter.

A perfect example and the name of this malady, Nigel Benn, spent his peak not ever fighting Jones, Toney, Hill or Hopkins. Thats not to say he would beat them, but none of those fighters saw the benefit of stepping into the ring with a man who was with a different promoter, from a foreign country, was of too much quality and not a big name in the states.

    Any suggestions?

    Junior Witter really.

He lost a big fight and has never had the chance since and nobody wants to give him that chance.

I think he'd lose to elite opposition, but he's never had the chance to prove me wrong.
