Mercer was stationary, slow, and very hittable. Jai is hittable as well, but he can box very well on the outside. Vaulin was a southpaw out-boxer and was completely schooling Morrison the entire fight, but he wasn’t durable and didn’t have much heart. Jai is better and hits harder than Vaulin so I don’t think it’s crazy to say that he can beat Morrison.

Of course he could do it. Michael Moorer is a discount Jai and he beat Holyfield. He’s also definitely good enough to beat guys like Charles Martin and John Ruiz.

We don't know just yet. To be certain, we would have to go back to the days of Corbett and Burns.

I like ddd but I have to be honest I hope Joshua wins the fight. If Joshua loses then there’s no chance of Joshua v fury. Ddd already has two losses and at his age can lose again and still come back.

I agree that he has faced better competition lately, however I think recent circumstance have played a part in that. The sudden rise in Saudi money along with the fury v ngannou debacle has played a huge part.

OMG! Moorer was far better than Jai is! More powerful too and a southpaw.

They’re similar, both southpaws with explosive power and only really throw straight punches. Jai has much better footwork though and faster hands with a better chin. I don’t think Moorer would’ve beaten Briedis.

Moorer`s hand speed at 175 was good, he got slighly slower as he put on weight but Holy is a better name on his resume than any name on Jai`s resume, Holy would have batered Jai, different class.

Oh please…Tommy was KO’d in 90 seconds by Michael Bentt.

Morrison had great power but he was also very hittable. He wouldn’t find Opetaia and he wouldn’t be able to get out of Opetaia’s way when Jai goes after him.

Half of those clowns never beat anybody as good as Breidis. Twice.

Let's see him up at HW first. But I'll confidently say all of them and via vicious KO too because the dinosaur worshiping rose-tinted boxing nostalgists and paleontologists who pine for the days when boxing was a regional sport might be the biggest bunch of insufferable hipsters ever.

Opetaia doesn`t seem that hard to hit and Tommy had been fighting guys that had a longer reach than Jai.

Regional sport, is that kind of like the territories they had in the wrestling world in decades past?

The bigger the heavyweight the less likely Breidis would have success, we`ve never seen Breidis fight someone who has a significant reach and height advantage over him, Breidis has a shorter reach than Usyk and Tommy Hearns and the same reach as Hagler.
