The Ali that lost to Frazier would have battered Tokyo Tyson on that night he was like Frazier on sedatives.

Ruiz had far faster hands than Tokyo Tyson and a better guard that Tyson ain`t even making AJ run, Tucker beat Douglas and did better v prime Tyson than anybody else. Parker would be too quick for Tokyo Tyson and is the same size as Buster, maybe bigger, he`d land a ton of quick jabs.

Tokyo Tyson was awful, he looked completely listless, none of the vicious body attacks or anything.

AJ would have blown him away, AJ has quick long punches and good combo`s, Wildder has too much power and quick hands, Tokyo Tyson was wide open. Walcott ws more skilled than Douglas as was Charles.

Tubbs landed a lot on a peaking Mike, he`d land more on sloppy Tokyo Mike.

Charles and Walcott never over committed with the jab the way Douglas did allowing Mike to time and counter him with the uppercut that floored him.

Keep in mind that, going in, Tyson still had that aura of invincibility going for him. And he still had the one-punch power to deck a highly motivated, super sharp Douglas after being outboxed for several rounds.

He still beats both Spinks brothers, Floyd, Johansson, Walcott, Braddock, Bear, Sharkey, Carnera, Willard, Burns, Hart, Fitzsimmons, and Corbett. I'll add post-Tyson champs Briggs and Rahman.

Some posters are playing pretty loose with the term Heavyweight Champ. When I see that term I think "The World Heavyweight Champion", not piddly organizational or regional titles bestowed on boxers because somebody who thought they had a little bit of power were angry about something or wanted to con the public out of more money. If we considered everyone who ever held some sort of heavyweight title the list would be a lot longer.

Most of the weaker ones, none of the stronger ones.
