was terrified it was gonna be joe calzaghe losing to roy jones.

calzaghe was shot to **** when he came to roys backyard to face him. when calzaghe got put down in the 1st round with that WWE fore-arm i feared the worst. it would have been a truely terrible way for a great champion like calzaghe to go out of boxing to an american hype job with a disgraceful glass jaw.

although calzaghe was shot, thankfully he managed to get his act together and 'lacy' roy jones for the next 11 rounds in a one sided beatdown, this despite roy being a proven drug cheat. the gulf in class was absoloutely huge.

    calzaghe retired 46-0 :deal

i was disgusted watching hector sr best tha **** out of srl. he tuned him up so phukin easily then whats even worse was
having to listen to srl try to save face by claiming he was injured during camp and couldnt spar which was pathetic. i think
thats where paq got the idea it was a good think to make any excuse after losing. no matter how silly the excuse is some
just need a excuse to make them feel better i guess.

whats terrible is it wasnt like camache was way younger and putting a washed up name on his record. he was every bit as past in as srl but he beat the crap out of him. srl forgot to bring his chin , heart and drive with him that night

jut look at money many years older than that srl and many more fight under his belt and is still whopping the **** out of the younger top champions.

floyd is literally in a whole separate league to all the other.
once in a lifetime, nahh he once in history and future type fighter. never will there be another fighter like the most dominant fighter ever

    This!

SRL would have destroyed him in his prime.

Leonard-Camacho and Trinidad-Jones are pretty harsh. Both Camacho and Jones were light years past their prime, but if they weren't aging greats, they wouldn't be so badly criticized. They'd probably be considered fringe contenders, and fringe contenders can still beat most of the guys out there in their division. Besides, do you really think a prime Jones loses to a prime Tito anyway?

James Toney lost a decision on the Prizefighter tournament to Jason Gavern. I didn't watch all of it, some of the YT comments said he should have won 2 of the 3 rounds, but still.

Prime Leonard was better prime Camacho, but it's not really a fair matchup anyway.

    147 vs. 130/135

Leonard got just what he deserved in that fight. He was a disgrace He did not even try to win. He deserved to go out beaten & humiliated.
What he did to Donald Curry shows what Leonard really is . Don in his prime wanted to fight Marvin Hagler & the fight was a possibility. Leonard was retired at the time & was acting as ADVISOR to Don. Some Advisor:nono
Leonard persuaded Don not to go for the Hagler fight at that time but to wait. Secretly Leonard was negociating the Hagler fight for himself. We all know what happened the great comeback & one of boxing famous disputed decisions. So bad Hagler immediately retired.
Don always wanted to fight Leonard himself & when he heard he was going to fight Camacho he was ringside ready to embarrass him into finally fighting him. After that performance Don rightly said I wouldn't embarrass myself by challenging him he is a disgrace . All Leonard said was " I got well paid for it what did you earn" ???
To me there was only one real SUGAR RAY & that was Mr Robinson at best Leonard was Saccharin Ray Leonard to me just a pitiful imposter

LEONARD , AN IMPOSTOR? GTFO. Ali, was done before the shavers fight, he actually had a hole in his brain & damaged kidneys according to ferdie pachecho! He was told by the nyc ,that ali will never be allowed to fight there again.

Worst part is that he was actually winning the fight.
