Which Great Fighters Would Lose MORE Fantasy Fights, Than Fans Are Willing To Admit?

    Mike Tyson. I don’t think he matches up well with most top heavyweights after his era or even that many before his era.

    Ali, people ignore his flaws and focus only on his strength but he had enough of them to lose plenty fantasy fights to those who came after him.

    David Tua and Ray Mercer are the two I see get the most support in fantasy matches they wouldn't win.

    What did Ibeabuchi do that made him great and even worthy of being in this discussion? One fight vs Tua?

    David Tua, Corrie Sanders and Jake LaMotta come to mind. They seem near unbeatable on this forum.

    Not a bad shout.

    We build the great fighters up into superhumans, but in reality they were like swans.

    Impressive to look at, but paddling like hell bellow the water.

    Thomas Hearns was such a unique talent. With his height and coordination. Looking at matchups on paper it seems as if he beats everyone. There were some holes in his game that could be exploited by smaller less talented fighters.
