Marg has a great chin

There are a lot of fighters with very VERY sturdy chins, probably a ton of old timers who could take it all day too. Ali and Wayne McCollough stand out for me among recent pro boxers though.

There's a guy named cabbage in MMA that can take inhuman amounts of punishment too.

bit of an odd ball but Margarito has fairly sturdy whiskers too

Greb(only stopped twice in over 200 bouts and once was due to a broken arm)
SSR (overlooked due to his many other skills, might be wrong but i believe he was only stopped once due to collapsing from heat exhaustion in the 13th or 14th round)
Fullmer (was KO'd by SSR but that hook was textbook and i believe he just didnt see it, In there previous fights Fullmer ate many SSR hooks unfazed.)
Basilio (stopped twice by the bigger Fullmer and once was due to cuts)

 

Sturdy yes, but nothing exeptional. not worth of a mention IMO.

Margarito has been down numerous times and hurt too not to mention what Mosley did to him. Thou shots from Mosley would have do a damage for any licing thing Granted that.:good
