If they were knocked out in the first round? I would say Oliver McCall, George Foreman and Oliver McCall.

Ali was almost most knocked out by one punch by the 190 pound Cooper. McCall was never knocked down in his career but I guess him being knocked out in the first round isn't wouldn't be shocking to you.

Oliver McCall and Oliver McCall were 70's champions?

Oh, I see, to the present.

    McCall would be the answer.

the one he got immediately up from and walked unaided to his corner? no.

Not to mention Ali wasn't actually "champion" and nor was it in the 70's.

    Banned by December i reckon.

Foreman, wide open swinging, missing and immediately getting BOMBSQUAD by Wilder. Gets up drunk and BOMBSQUAD again for KO1.

You mean the fighter that went Foreman, Shavers, Liston x 2,Frazier x 3, Norton x 3 Lyle, Bonavena, Foster, Chuvalo, Patterson and Quarry and was only knocked down once in those fights and was never stopped?

Give me the round where Foreman landed flush punches on Ali's face. Bob Foster was a 175 pound fighter you casual boxing fan. Lyle didn't land anything flush to Ali face if anything. Floyd Patterson was a 180 pound guy. Quarry never landed anything flush to Ali's face. Frazier actually did knock Ali down and hurt him numerous other times and Frazier was a small heavyweight for modern standards. Name on world class fighter that Ken Norton knocked out. Chuvalo wasn't a huge puncher and didn't land anything flush. Sonny Liston was past his prime and didn't land anything clean either. So basically you think because you list names that proves your point? Ali was almost knocked out by 1 punch from a 190 pound fighter. He was hurt badly by Doug Jones another 180 pound fighter. Ali wasn't the type of guy who stood there and traded. He either tried to move or tried to grab and hold. Oliver McCall on the other hand was never really hurt or never went down in his entire career. Which means it would of been much more shocking if he was stopped in the first round compared to Ali being stopped.

Well, Ali nevertheless was a champion during the 70's and though decked in the FOTC, got up right away from that one...and that decade's version of Ali took a much better punch, so I'll stay with my answer.
