Which heavyweight fights of the 2000s will you remember as Classics ?

I think my favourite might be the Williams - Potter scrap for the.......British title was it? Williams at a time when he was in shape and looked half-promising, and displayed unbelievable guts and pain endurance by sparking Potter one-handed when his shoulder dislocated mid-round. I watched with my lower jaw on the front room floor.
