Carl Williams would not have gone 10 rounds with Wilder.

Both Rahman and McCall have a win that Wilder will never duplicate :sisi1

Ortiz would not have been outboxed by Bruno and Fury was out of shape against Wallin, also Rahman and McCall never had to face a 6'4 southpaw either.

Lewis was wide open and out of sorts v McCall, he improved drastically after that.

The entire point of me posting their names is that they beat Lewis despite being fairly average contenders. This may have been lost on you.

Lol @ the hate in this thread. Everyone's acting as if they have a super long list and then they go name the same 4 or 5 all time greats that were better at 34. No povetkin was never that good, just another guy who never won a title. Ray mercer? Come on now. If you were not born in the 80s or before and you are saying Ray mercer was better than Wilder at 34 you sound like a dip ****

Actually the fight said more about Lewis than Mercer

Oh sorry, but my comment is still a valid point, but yes they were more than average, they were poor.

I watched Mercer back then and the British commentators didn`t think he was that good and neither did the ring magazine that slated his sloppy start v Morrison and his limited display v an ageing Holmes.

Vitali moved his head as much as Brezeale , Wilder would kill him.
