I believe Dirrell would gain toughness from such a training program. Also, maybe Kelly Pavlik.

David Haye wouldn't make it through the sparring sessions. 10 X 10 ring.

When I was watching Bute vs Johnson, I was thinking how incredible Dirrell would be if he could put it all together.

What if all the superstars attended her Boot Camp in a squadron of troops. Could she train everyone if she had the infrastructure available to necessitate her needs?.

Also, Kirkland boxed very well and showed adeptness at every angle; is this do to his natural ability and knowledge of the game or was this "coached?"

Either way, excellent performance by Kirkland over a Berinstean trained fighter who was at least in my mind, heavily favored going into this fight.

Yeah these are guys who are what they are & have been boxing for a long time. They have set habits. Might as well work on being the best conditioned man in the ring.

about every fat-assed heavyweight needs to go to her bootcamp....

she's a great S&C coach, im not sure about being a technique's trainer...

This type of boot camp is able to modify learned habits. It's pretty intense and also concentrates on life style changes.
Looks like Gary Russell has been watching her tapes or something

She certainly got kirkland in physical condition...every punch, even his jab, is a power punch.

However, I worry a bit about that kind of conditioning. James Kirkland, for his great stamina, is pretty slow, both hand a foot speed. Power and stamina will get you far but won't get you everywhere.
