I don't know who that is, but I doubt he's as skilled as Wlad.

When has Wlad displayed fluid mobility around the ring? Circular movement , lateral movement etc? Against who?

Everyone can argue for days but what we do know is Louis's legacy was etched in stone from avenging his loss against Max and the strength of his heart.

Wlad's legacy is non-existent because of 3 losses to duds and he shows no heart. We can almost count Tyson Fury as a another dud if he doesn't become active soon.

You just said Louis' punches wouldn't hurt Wlad because he's too small.
Wtf does skill have to do with it now?

Either the punches hurt or they don't.

I hate to break it to you, but people get stronger as time goes on. What was considered "strong" in Louis's time probably wouldn't be considered "strong" in Wlad's time. I would bet money Wlad is stronger than Carnera.

Wlad is infinitely more skilled than Carnera.

Clinchko leads with hugs.. As in he stands there and waits for the guy to come in and then throws a clinch instead of a punch..

    See.

Watch Louis get close to striking distance and pounce like a rattle snake. Errors like throwing clinches would be timed and countered by Louis. He comes in under the clinch with a beautiful time right hand on the pucker. It would be all over right there and then

What Baer tried to do was smart.
He threw a powerful overhand right while shifting, which puts him in the right position to walk Louis down to keep the distance closed, and where he could unleash more power shots from.

But how the hell is he supposed to expect Louis to maintain perfect range, with perfect balance that lets him counter at the exact right time, all while using his feet to take big steps, and using head movement to offset Baer. How would anyone expect that?

Regained positioning and was set to punch after clearing half the ring in a matter of seconds.

I think Tyson would be a good bet to beat Louis. He had the speed both moving in and with his hands, explosive power in either hand and a solid chin. He would be my choice after Ali.

Agreed. He'd have to jump on him from the get go though or risk it becoming a very tough fight.
