I am not talking anything you find online, I am talking about spending your hard earned money to support the sport. Check all that apply.

cant believe people still pay for ppv with the likes of

    legal streams
    illegal streams
    torrents
    sports bars
    night clubs
    sports restaurants
    movie theater

boggles my mind but if you got money for it suit yourself.

Athletes are PAID because of us buying the ppv. I can afford to pay 60-75 bucks for an evening of entertainment, and knowing that I support the sport I love and athletes I respect makes all the difference in the world for me.

Its kind of like with music. I can download any song I want, but if I find an artist that does a great job and is not making a lot of money, I buy their cd. I have a stack of cds from when Daft Punk was just starting as two guys with barely any equipment, Paul Oakenfold before he became a worldwide phenomenon, many more euro trance djs etc.

    Same.

I probably wouldn't even buy a Pacquiao v. Mayweather fight with Ward v. Golovkin on the undercard.

$69.99? No thanks. I'll just go to a bar if I deem a stream insufficient for the occasion.

No surprises so far - No one buying Pac's fight. 2 people are going to get the Maidana-May rematch, interesting.

I am personally buying Rigo-Santa Cruz regardless of the price, and Bhop-Kovalev unless its 75$ or more.

Besides Rigo-Donaire, Rigo-Santa Cruz might be the most significant fight below 147 in years.

BHop-Kovalev is not only one of the best fights that could possibly be made right now, but it is also historically significant.

Pac Algieri and Mayweather Maidana are the only ones on PPV, fix your poll, and your spelling is off by quite alot

Very few matchups are ppv worthy, the ones on the poll are simply not.

    Hopkins maybe

Pacquiao no, although somebody in my family is probably gonna fork over the cash cause the tend to not know anything about the guys Pacquiao is fighting anyway

Definite no to the other ones

Just curious, what would you say are the fights that are ppv worthy? On that list there are 2 fights that have 3 belts on the line each, i.e the establishment of the undisputed champ in each division. In both of those cases, these guys have a lot to lose but are making relatively small purse for it, compared to stars like May and Pac that are both fighting guys way beneath their level and are going to make 20 times as much, if not more. You could say they are doing it to save boxing, the very thing we boxing fans have been asking for.
