You get hit with a good liver shot, you are incapacitated and down for the count. :barf

Broken ribs are a discomfort, a broken nose can affect over time. Like tommy said, a good liver shot and you are completely ****ed.

    In your body:rofl

Seriously, the bulk of your liver is located in the right upper qaudrant of the abdomen. A perfect spot for a left hook. When the liver takes a good shot, it quivers. This explains the delayed reaction most fighters get before they hit the canvas after taking that shot.

In the long run, broken ribs are probably worst, followed by a broken nose.

But a full liver shot is ****ing horrible and can just paralyze you, no matter who you are...

Each can be pretty bad though. Anyone remember Mercer vs Damiani? The Italian was winning handily, until Mercer landed an uppercut that hit him on the tip of the nose and left him in excruciating pain, unable to continue...

Yeah. It completely depends on HOW the nose is broken.

Irsael Vasquez fought on for a few rounds with a broken nose in the first fight with Marquez, but he couldn't breath among other things as the fight went on, so he had to "quit".

Short term the worst is the liver shot, though. Fighters like Oleg Maskev have fought on with broken ribs to win fights.
