One of the few father-son world champion duos is Hiroki and Kazuto Ioka. It's quite clear that Kazuto has had the better career but it's arguable that Hiroki holds the better single win compared to Kazuto. Hiroki Ioka is most well-known for being the only man to beat Myung Woo-Yuh, while Kazuto Ioka is known for winning a title in 4 weight divisions and in particular for his battering of fellow 4-weight champion and Japanese star Kosei Tanaka. Which win would we say is better, Hiroki's win over Yuh or Kazuto's win over Tanaka?
Kazuto does not really have a true stand-out win, in my opinion. Tanaka was never that good, despite winning all those titles in lower weigh-classes. I'd say that Yaegashi and Reveco were probably better wins, in fact. I'm not that familiar with Myung Woo-Yuh, but considering his achievements - on paper - and the reputation He has among knowledgable boxing fans, I don't think any of Kazuto's indivudial wins comes close.
I'm going with Kazuto Ioka ! He have more many names in his record like Kosei Tanaka, Donnie Nietes, McWilliams Arroyo, Joshua Franco, Juan Carlos Reveco 2 times, Stamp Kiatniwat, Kwanthai Sithmorseng, Felix Alvarado, Phissanu Chimsunthom, Roberto Domingo Sosa, Francisco Rodriguez Jr... all of these guys was so dangerous when he fought them it's a way more names than Hiroki's career.
HIroki is actually Kazuto's uncle. Yuh's still the best single win, but there's much greater depth in terms of Kazuto's resume than his uncle's.
