Lara and Charlo's are at 154 and Ward is now at 175....

    None are his size.

But Lara and Charlo's are smaller, they are at 154. If Golovkin fought them he'd be bullying them to.....wouldn't he you boring alt you.

Mr O, I'm starting to see a trend, many American boxing fans sound so bitter, nobody really gives a toss about "one more tune up" Ward, Crawford or any other American fighter really.

Boxing in the US. is basically dying, 50k PPV numbers for Crawford in a unification fight and it won't get much better any time soon.

Joshua can sell out the O2 in 90 seconds, Brook Vs Golovkin sold out in 10 minutes yet when Ward fights they have closed parts of the arena because they are basically empty.

Crawford got $1 million for a fight like that yet a British champion like Eubank Jr was offered multi millions for a fight with Golovkin, the US promoters are seriously struggling to generate much interest in boxing.

So these so called boxing fans are going in on European fighters heavily, especially Eastern Europeans for some reason but us British get a fair bit too.

It's jealousy, I'm starting to understand them, it's taken me a while but I'm finally understanding them.

    So true.

I found it funny that the same people who lauded 97k Are the same people who suddenly aren't interested in PPV numbers.

Their hypocrisy and idiocy know no bounds.

:yep when Golovkin (who isn't even American) did poor numbers he was shredded on here, ridiculed.

Crawford who according to many of the same people is a P4P star, living legend can't do much more than 50k in his own country then all of a sudden you get "I don't care about numbers".

You're right, they are just hypocrites, jealous bitter hypocrites who are too lazy to go out and support their fighters so sit at home on laptops trying to blast other fighters from other countries that are out earning and out selling their own "stars".

 of course, hacked, yes, nothing to do with his firm aiding immagration and making money from it, therefore would have an agenda against Trumps immagration policy :think

    Has the mother spoken yet?

You guys pretty much nailed it.

If GGG's haters spent as much time actually rooting for and supporting fighters they like instead of directing their energy towards knocking GGG, maybe things wouldn't be in such a shoddy state here. I find it hilarious that the guys hyping up Lara as the next boogeyman are absolutely nowhere to be found when he actually fights.

:good the US a couple of years ago was the home of boxing, no doubt about it and over the years I have loved watching and have admired some of the great fighters to come from the US.

But things have changed dramatically over the last couple of years, some of the US boxing fans (I won't say all because it isn't all) have stopped turning out in numbers to fights and stopped buying PPV and now sit at home on illegal streams and then come on places like here and hammer fighters for not doing big gates or big numbers.

Even worse they want to hammer other fighters from other countries that are doing well, that are selling, they want to knock it instead of supporting the sport they claim to love.

In my opinion their logic is bizarre.

i think kovalev vs ward is going to do better numbers, and be a better fight. all they have to do is sell the **** out of it during boxing broadcasts leading up to the fight. the bonafide killer with the bricks vs the top 3 p4p slickster with the neutralizing style... all for a legitimate claim at p4p king.
people will buy it, you just got to let them know whats happening.
